Lib Dems *freeze* council tax for second year running

Lib Dem councillors in Kingston are proposing a Council Tax freeze for the second year running.

Cllr Rolson Davies, Executive Member for Finance, said, “This is good news for
those on low or fixed incomes who we know have been struggling in these difficult times.

“As a result of sensible planning we have managed this tax freeze with only a minimum impact on frontline services. Back office costs are being slashed and we are delivering services more efficiently. And we won’t be closing any libraries – unlike the Conservatives in Richmond.”
