We must resolve the issues caused by traffic in Chessington

Your local Lib Dem Focus team - including Andreas Kirsch above - is exploring plans to resolve traffic issues across Chessington.

After residents raised concerns related to traffic and transport issues in our area, local councillor Rachel Reid organised for Transport for London and Kingston Council Highways to visit residents to update them.

Bids are now being put forward for improvements in Chessington including the Moor Lane/Bridge Road roundabout, Hemsby Road and Chessington Hill Park.

Local councillor Rachel Reid added, “Traffic is having a detrimental impact on both the health and well-being of local residents. It is absolutely critical this is resolved.”

“That is why we will continue to work with Transport for London and Kingston Council Highways to resolve the issues caused by traffic in Chessington.”
