Bademjan - A purée of Aubergine, Onion, Tomato and Garlic. Ideal for dipping with Persian Bread
Ash Reshteh - A soup with beans, noodles and veg topped with Kashk
Torshi - Mixed Persian Pickles
MAINS
Fesenjun - Chicken in a Pomegranate and Walnut sauce.
Vegetarian Fesenjun - Chickpeas, Pomegranate and Walnut sauce
Ghormeh Sabsi - A Lamb Stew with dried Limes, Kidney beans, Spinach, Coriander and other herbs
Vegetarian Ghormeh Sabsi - the same but without the meat.
All served with Persian steamed Rice
